What I can't see is how I'm ever gonna love you more...but I've said that before...

So, the past few days Nathan and I have been celebrating our 2 YEAR anniversary WOOHOO!!

We started off on Saturday. We dropped our puppies off at my Dads and we dropped Jace off with grandma and grandpa Drysdale. Dropping Jace off was definitely bitter sweet but I knew he was in good hands :) We then headed off to SLC to have a little getaway, just the two of us.

We first stopped at Wal mart and got some treats and we were off.

Check inn at the hotel wasn't until 5 so we decided to get dinner first, to beat the rush. We went to our favorite, The Spaghetti Factory. Like always it was delicious.

We then went over to the Anniversry Inn to check inn and start our night :) The Anniversary Inn is one of our favorites, since we have been married we have stayed there at least once a year. In a different themed room every time! This year we stayed in the Phantom of the Opera room. It wasn't my favorite one we have stayed in but it was still so cool. One of the best parts of the Anniversary Inn is they always have way cool HUGE jetted tubs.

This one was ours

The shower part came out of the ceiling and the faucet to fill up the tub came out of a rock waterfall

Too cool

We had such a good time just spending EVERY second together with NO interruptions. For me, my favorite part was a whole night of blissful uninterrupted sleep AND I got to sleep in as long as I wanted too without a little man intterupting me lol.

So check out was at noon but we weren't ready for our little getaway to end. We wanted to go see a movie but it just wasn't a good time to catch one. So we just bummed around town. We went to the big city library for the first time. Not sure how I felt about that. The structure and everything is really cool but I seriously felt like I was at a homeless shelter. I truly was scared. lol We also went to Einstein bagels and got lunch. I wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have enjoyed some more outdoor things, but we still had a blast!

Yesterday was our actual anniversary. I am glad we celebrated it over the weekend because Nate had work and school and I had a dentist appointment :( but of course my sweet sweet husband still made me feel so special. He surprised me when he came home from school with some of my favorite things...Flowers, a mocha shake, the Adele CD and the perfect card that he wrote the nicest little letter in.

We had a GREAT anniversary. Our relationship truly is like none other I have ever know. The best thing about it is we are BEST friends. It doesn't matter what it is. Whether it be shopping, movies, getting my hair done whatever there is ABSOLUTELY no one I would rather do it with than him. We are truly blessed to have found each other, especially so young. The past 6 years have been complete bliss. I could never put into words what he means to me. I never thought things could get better than the 4 years we were dating but Marrying him definitely out does it all! I have never ever in my whole life felt such complete and total happiness and I owe it all to Nate!

If you know Nate at all this will make total sense to you :)
